Porta Rental Pros is a booking platform that connects you with local porta potty rental providers. We do not own, operate, or maintain the units. The actual rental, delivery, servicing, and pickup are performed by third-party providers. We select these providers based on availability and customer feedback, but we cannot guarantee their performance, punctuality, or equipment condition. Any issues with the rental (e.g., cleanliness, damage, late delivery) must be resolved directly with the provider. We will assist in communication but are not liable for provider actions.

Liability Limits

Our total liability to you for any claim related to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, business interruption, or sanitation problems. This limit applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
